Reports and papers
The partnership's public paper trail is short on purpose. Members already published in their own names. What this archive keeps is the joint file they pointed journalists and counsel toward in late 2020.
The report Pushbacks and rights violations at Europe's borders collected testimony and case notes from land and sea routes. It described chain returns, skipped asylum registration, and violence that monitors said was organised rather than accidental.
What to cite from it
Use the PDF for the original pagination. This page is only a map. The paper is strongest on the Balkan corridor, the Italian-Slovenian hand-off, and Greek island returns. It is weaker where a member asked for a crossing to stay unnamed.
Pair it with the advocacy demands if you need the policy ask that sat next to the evidence. The monitoring page explains how desks gathered statements before they reached that file.
